Good online tuition is not a lecture over a webcam. Tutors we introduce for online work use the tools that make it interactive.

Work is photographed or shared and marked before the next session, so time online is spent on what needs fixing.

For younger students we suggest a parent is nearby, at least for the first few sessions.

Many families use both. A weekly home visit for the core work and a short online check-in before a test is a common pattern in exam years.
What to sort out before the first session
- The device and the space. A laptop or tablet with a camera, at a table, in a room where the child will not be interrupted. Phones work in a pinch but make shared boards hard to read.
- The material. Send the tutor photos of the textbook pages, the last test and the school’s homework before the first session.
- A short trial. Agree one or two paid trial sessions before committing to a month; you will know quickly whether the tutor teaches well on camera.
- Recording. If you would like sessions recorded for revision, agree it with the tutor up front.

Questions about online tuition
Is online tuition as effective as home tuition?
For most students from Class 6 upward, yes, when the tutor is experienced with video and the sessions are interactive. For very young children in-person work is usually better; for Montessori age we recommend a home educator instead.
Which subjects and levels are available online?
Almost everything from middle school to A Level, and many Matric and FSc subjects. Sciences work well with a shared whiteboard. Tell us the subject and level and we will say if a good online tutor is available.
Can families outside Lahore or abroad use this?
Yes. Most requests come from Lahore, but Pakistani families elsewhere sometimes want a tutor familiar with Pakistani boards or Cambridge from a Pakistani school context. Time zones and payment are agreed directly with the tutor.
What does online tuition cost?
Fees are set by the tutor and depend on level and subject; online sessions are sometimes, but not always, a little less than a home visit because there is no travel. Fees are agreed monthly and directly between you and the tutor. Tell us your budget and we only approach tutors within it.
